The Bayport Story

In the 1950s, Joseph Torossi came to Australia and started a concreting business. In 1969, his sons Mario and Walter founded the Bayport Group, working not only in concrete but offering the full range of civil works required to convert a greenfields site to a site that’s ready for development.

Over the intervening years Mario and Walter have welcomed the next generation of the family into the business, and the Bayport Group has expanded into property development and landscaping works. But one thing that hasn’t changed is the Group’s values, which embody hard work, a commitment to quality, loyalty and integrity. The family feeling extends to the rest of the team – some of whom have been with the Bayport Group for more than 35 years.
