Once low lying farmland, Ambrosia Estate, Cranbourne West now comprises of 404 residential lots, wetlands, parks and open space reserves. Stage 1 required extensive bulk filling of 220,000 cubic metres to create a platform suitable for residential development. VicRoads intersection works on Westernport Highway created temporary access for new residents while additional staging construction was completed. Bayport Group has completed all 7 stages of Ambrosia including streetscapes and hard and soft parks landscaping. The fully serviced development with recycled and potable water to every lot created obstacles during construction however all works were completed on time as scheduled which ensured a satisfying outcome for the client and future residents.
