This project essentially involved replacing existing and dilapidated concrete on a private road to council standard full asphalt pavement. The project also required upgrading the longstanding infrastructure being the sewer, water and electrical assets, to meet the authority requirements. It was made more difficult given that all of the services had to be fully maintained 24/7 and built around traffic including B-Double trucks.
