Dandenong Logis Eco-Industrial Business Park sits in a highly accessible location at the intersection of the Eastlink freeway and Greens Rd. Major construction works commenced with approximately a quarter of a million cubic metres of earthworks fill, followed closely by installation of over 1km of 1800mm diameter stormwater outfall drainage. Twenty five thousand square metres of asphalt pavement and associated infrastructure, including seven metre deep sewer mains were all completed on time and within budget. Working alongside existing Dandenong Creek proved challenging and site construction methods selected also ensured surrounding businesses continued uninterrupted. Bayport Group has now completed 5 out of 6 stages within the development. All works were completed successfully in close association with the relevant authorities including Vic Roads, South East Water, United Energy and Melbourne Water.
